Ingredients
Smoothie
● 1 Cup frozen mixed berries
● 1/2 Banana
● 1/4 Cup Almond Milk or Dairy milk
Toppings
● 1 cup Fresh berries
● 1 tsp Chia seeds
● 1 tbsp Granola
● 1 Tbsp Nuts
Preparation
1. Blend the frozen mixed berries, banana and milk together and pour it into serving bowls.
2. Top with the suggested toppings for a balanced filling breakfast.
Tips
Best served immediately. You can get very creative with the toppings.
