Berry Smoothie bowl

A delicious wholesome breakfast with the goodness of a creamy smoothie served with berries, nuts, granola, chia seeds and more!




RECIPE


Serves 2 Prep Time 5 min

Ingredients


Smoothie

1 Cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 Banana

1/4 Cup Almond Milk or Dairy milk


Toppings

1 cup Fresh berries

1 tsp Chia seeds

1 tbsp Granola

1 Tbsp Nuts


Preparation


1. Blend the frozen mixed berries, banana and milk together and pour it into serving bowls.

2. Top with the suggested toppings for a balanced filling breakfast.



Tips


Best served immediately. You can get very creative with the toppings.
